The Bamji lab accepts graduate students from any of the graduate programs at UBC, with most graduate students coming from the Neuroscience Graduate Program or Cell and Developmental Biology Graduate Program. Applicants are not required to have their own funding, but must be extremely motivated with a keen interest in neuroscience. All students will be encouraged to apply for external salary awards and thus must have a competitive CV (i.e. first class marks, appropriate research experience/publications). Applications for graduate student positions should be emailed to shernaz.bamji@ubc.ca and should include a CV and a copy of your latest unofficial transcript.
